1. Identify stakeholders and beneficiaries for ministry-related schemes and programmes
2. Oversee dissemination of ministry activities, schemes, and programmes
3. Organise, co-sponsor, and participate in all India level seminars, workshops, fairs and exhibitions for the food processing sector
4. Create awareness about schemes and activities of the Ministry through print/audiovisual media through advertisements and publicity materials
5. Manage social media publicity and dissemination
6. Interact and conduct outreach with industry associations, entrepreneurs and the general public
7. Design scale and levels of promotion and outreach activities
8. Engage and facilitate potential and current investors (international and national) in the food processing sector
9. Promote the food processing sector by organising roadshows, developing of software and investor facilitation activities
