Positions, Roles, Activities and Competencies

1. Overall in charge of Public grievances in the Ministry including: 

• Examination of Public Grievance cases 
• Monitoring of progress of disposal of PG Cases
• Reparation   of   reports   for  review   meetings   held   in   the   Ministry, Department of A.R & P.G. and Directorate

2. Coordination and clearance of all appeal & review cases in vigilance matters

3. All establishment matters relating different including (but not limited) to Ex-cadre (Gazetted) posts, CSS,CSCS and CSSS in  the Secretrate and Group D
