What does C-LOP do?
C-LOP (Creating Learning Opportunities for Public Officials) is a capacity building initiative for the sustained and targeted learning of government officials. We aim to help government officials improve their capacity to execute, by equipping them with the tools to build upon their competencies required in their work.

Onboarding in a Box
We created the Onboarding in a Box (OIAB) toolkit under the guidance of the iGOT Karmayogi project team. The OIAB is a toolkit that describes the technical onboarding process for government ministries, departments, and organisations onto the iGOT Karmayogi platform. It has all the resources required for smooth onboarding of users so that they can seamlessly understand and use the various features of the platform.
Curriculum Redesign
Over the last year, we collaborated with the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management to better understand the needs of Assistant Section Officers and redesign their training curriculum. Through this engagement, we found there to be a desire for longer training, an update in the curriculum for improved skill building, and a mentoring system to rely on once they are posted to different ministries.

CBP Pricing
The pricing strategy for Competency-Building Products (CBP) providers has been developed with two objectives -- first, to enable optimal pricing of CBPs on the iGOT Karmayogi platform and second, to procure the CBPs once their price has been fixed. In doing so, the strategy aims to prioritise quality and affordability for CBP providers on the platform, significantly simplifying the process of onboarding diverse providers by doing away with the need for a request for proposal (RFP).
