Developing competencies for CBP providers

In September 2021, the C-LOP team conducted a series of workshops for the staff at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA). LBSNAA is one of the many CBP providers part of iGOT Karmayogi.
The series aimed to do the following:

To provide a broad understanding of Mission Karmayogi and how competencies are at the core of achieving its objectives.

To elucidate the role of competencies for CBP providers.

To provide step-by-step training on how to develop competencies on the basis of the 8 foundational courses.

To navigate the CBP portal.
To take them through the principles that guide competency proficiency levels.
To navigate the competency dictionary to tag competencies to courses.
To introduce them to competency assessments and their usage.
To demonstrate the iGOT platform as a use-case.
To provide a brief overview of FRACing and where C-DE fits within the framework.
