Aritra is a Sr. Consultant in the People Advisory Services practice of EY. He is an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and B.Tech from IIIT-Jabalpur. Prior to his MBA, Aritra worked with Bharat Electronics Limited. He is supporting DoPT in Mission Karmayogi Program.
Aritra comes with a total experience of ~6 years. He has worked with multiple organizations in the public and private sector in the areas of capacity development, learning and competency development.
